What's our RARE process?

STEP 1

To get in touch with us, you can call the phone number on the contact page or email us.

STEP 2

We can provide phone advice and schedule a property visit if necessary, usually within a few hours.

STEP 3

We will come to your home and protect your furniture and valuables so nothing gets damaged.

STEP 4

Once the work has been agreed upon, we will send you an invoice and proceed with payment only after ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 15-minute increments (most other companies charge in half hours). Rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT.

All Boiler service is subject to parts as some boilers require parts as part of the service this will be charged at a extra cost depending on the boiler.
